#154: Mario Guagliardo- Think Like an Owner

Today I am interviewing Mario Guagliardo. He is the Vice President of KCB Real Estate, a buy and hold control investing firm with income producing assets around the country. Mario oversees KCB’s Partnership portfolio with over 5,500 units valued over $1.25 billion. Before joining KCB Mario oversaw properties for JRK Property Holdings where he was responsible for yearly budgeting, in depth reviews of the P&L, revenue management and expense control, and quarterly forecasting of property performance.
Mario Guagliardo: Began his journey in real estate in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles, CA. His background is in analytics and with his entrepreneurial spirit he was able to climb the ladder from managing 4,000 units to almost 6,000. He graduated from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business with a major in finance and real estate.
