Today I am interviewing Amy Sylvis, she is the Founder of Sylvis Capital, a syndication company specializing in multi family properties in upcoming markets. 

 

Amy Sylvis: Was born with a condition called cystic fibrosis in which she was told she would only live to be 9 years old. She is currently 42 and is ecstatic that she has the ability to live her life to the fullest. She spent 13 years working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry before she came across the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” which led her into passive income using the vehicle of real estate.
