Today I am talking about the big question everyone asks and that is how do I have no more mistakes in real estate investing? As someone who has been investing for over 30 years, the answer to that question is never. You will never not make any mistakes in the world of investing. The fortunate part about that is that it means you’ll never stop learning. Real estate investing like any other field requires these three things:
- Education
- Network
- Ego checking
Even after three decades of investing, I will admit that I make small mistakes on almost all of the investments I take on. However, every time I get better and better and learn how to not make that particular mistake again. This is why mistakes can be a positive because it requires you to learn something you didn’t know before and that within itself is progress.
