#25 Deborah Razo: Rehabs to Development & The Willingness to Move Forward

“Something happens in your life where you stop for a minute and you go, is this the life I really want to live? Am I really living my life to the fullest? I didn’t have a bad life, but it wasn’t the life I wanted. I was selling my time for money and I didnt have any more time to sell.”

-Deborah Razo

Today I am interviewing Deborah Razo who is a real estate investor with a focus on rehabbing and now development. She is the creator or WREN, which is the Women’s Real Estate Network. With 5,000 plus members around the United States, WREN is dedicated to helping women become top notch investors in their respected fields with chapters in Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego and more. October 10-11, 2020 is WREN’s annual conference that focuses on education, network, spirituality, community and real estate. Her guest speakers are women who dominate the real estate industry in their respected fields. I will be presenting on the topic “Designing Your Portfolio From the Top Down,” alongside other expert investors like Loren Lavah, Jasmine Willois, Forbes Riley, Deborah Razo herself and many more. You can find out more about the online conference at ignite2020tickets.com

Deborah Razo: began her investing career after a serious accident that forced her to be bed ridden for a year. Prior to her accident Deborah owned several businesses, one which was a design company that focused on entertainment and marketing packages for 20 years. Understanding that she no longer wanted to give away her time for money, during that year of recovery Deborah decided to look into passive income and that’s when she came across real estate and Robert Kiyosaki’s book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” Since then Deborah has been a real estate investor for over a decade first starting out in flipping and is now a developer, purchases foreclosures in the Memphis tennessee area and owns single family and multi units. She is also a Sr. Leader for the Tony Robbins organization.
