#72 Christina Suter: Education- Easiest Ways to Invest Your Money in Real Estate

Today I am sharing with you four tips on how you can get started in investing in real estate. What I’ve found is that there are a lot of people who don’t invest, not because they don’t have the capital, but simply because they aren’t currently educated on the options available to them. The quickest way to get started on that is by attending meetings and raising your hand to let people know that you have money to invest. You will surely have multiple people reach out to you who are looking for an investor. The four easiest ways I know are investing in turnkey properties, syndications/funds, hard money lending through a broker, or becoming a limited partner.
